  • Where can I find the prices of the suitcases?
    Please contact a retail store close to you. You can find shops with our CHECK.IN partners here. here.
  • I am looking for a shop close to me that sells CHECK.IN luggage.
    You can find our CHECK.IN partners in retail at Points of Sale Points of Sale . You simply have to enter your postal code.
  • What shall I do if my suitcase / bag is damaged before the warranty has expired?
    In this case, kindly contact the retail store where you purchased the suitcase.
  • Where can I find out whether or not I can take my luggage into the cabin?
    CHECK.IN luggage that can be taken into the cabin is marked with XS. With this symbol, you are on the safe side. Below, Below, you will furthermore find a list with the maximum dimensions for hand luggage of various airlines (errors and omissions excepted).
  • What can I do if my suitcase is damaged or lost while travelling?
    Report the damage or loss to the carrier (airline, railway company, …) transporting your luggage immediately after ascertainment. The counter can usually be found close to the baggage claim. Upon immediate loss or damage report, you can generally expect a straightforward and generous claims settlement.
  • I am a retailer and wish to sell CHECK.IN suitcases. Whom do I have to contact?
